Software Requirement
 

EpiDiff is Java-based and requires Java 1.6 or higher. And it runs on almost any operating system, including Windows, MacOS, Linux and Solaris, with a suitable version of Java is installed. Please make sure that you have a recent version of Java installed. If EpiDiff can't work, you can try to install a recent version of Java runtime first. You can download the suitable version of Java by here. And you also can download the complete platform and runtime environment of Java from http://java.sun.com/.
